MUMBAI: It was June 14th, when we lost one of the finest Bollywood stars, Sushant Singh Rajput, his death sent shockwaves across the nation, and since then, many people have been suspecting foul play, and have been demanding justice for the late actor. MP Subramanian Swamy has been seeking justice for Sushant too and has often tweeted about his views on Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Recently, the AIIMS report ruled out murder angle in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. However, Sushant’s family’s lawyer Vikas Singh demanded another fresh forensic examination to be conducted by a different team. Now, Subramanian Swamy took to Twitter and raised a question.
Reacting to a report of Vikas Singh’s statement about Sushant being ‘strangulated’, Subramanian Swamy questioned why the glass from which Sushant drank orange juice on June 14 was not preserved for tests. He tweeted, “Morning orange juice. Why was the glass from which SSR drank orange juice not preserved? No wonder Mumbai Police did not seal his apartment as is mandatory in unnatural deaths.”
Meanwhile, Sushant’s family lawyer Vikas Singh had earlier tweeted, “Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.”

While speaking to media, Vikas Singh said that AIIMS forensic head Dr. Sudhir Gupta has taken a complete U-turn. He claimed that it was Dr. Gupta who had told him that Sushant’s death was a 200 percent case of strangulation. “I had not revealed his name earlier when I had made the claim but it was he who told me that it's a clear case of murder. Now, he has completely changed his stand and we have expressed our disappointment in a letter to the CBI. I don't know if the doctor is being pressurised by anyone, but the family too demands another fresh forensic examination to be conducted by a different team,” he said.
