MUMBAI : Sushmita Sen has been ruling our hearts for the past many years. In 1994, she made our country proud when she became the first Indian to win the Miss Universe title. After winning the pageant, her next step was entering Bollywood. She made her debut with the 1996 release Dastak, but rose to fame with her performance in Biwi No.1.
 

The actress was later featured in many successful films like Main Hoon Na, Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, and others. With movies like Filhaal, Samay, Vaastu Shastra, Chingaari, and others, she also proved her mettle as an actor.

Talking about her upcoming movies, Sushmita will be seen in Shreegauri Sawant’s biopic which is titled Taali. A few weeks ago, the actress shared the first look of the biopic, and it received a great response. However, a certain section of people felt that the makers should have roped in a transgender to play the role.
