The Modi factor: Sonakshi does what Salman doesn't

So while Salman Khan and others may be running short of words when it comes to answering questions on Narendra Modi, Shotgun Sinha’s feisty daughter, Sonakshi has no qualms about endorsing Narendra Modi. After all, Sonakshi’s father Shatrughan Sinha too, is a BJP loyalist. Speaking about what her father has always taught her, Sonakshi said, “My father has always told me that irrespective of the political party, whoever is doing a good job and is showing the intention of delivering goods, we must follow that person. My father always followed that. I think my dad has his heart in the right place and I believe people like my dad should be in politics.” With her father fighting elections for the BJP, we asked Sonakshi about her views on BJP's prime ministerial nominee Narendra Modi. Endorsing Modi as the next big hope of our country, Sonakshi said, “I really hope he delivers the goods. We as a nation are looking for a change and we are very very serious about it this time. I too believe that it is time for a change and that change will come.” Hoping that a new government will ring in changes for good, Sonakshi said that she is specially looking forward to a country where both corruption and petrol prices will be on the lower side. Well, it remains to be seen if Modi will indeed succeed in becoming the next big hope that Sonakshi and BJP are looking forward too.
