As a producer, Ekta Kapoor opened up about this and said, "main toh bohot khush hu ke log mujhe kehte hai aapko filmein aati nahi hai. I say 'ha mujhe choti mediums itni nahi aati jitni badi mediums aati hai. Television is a much bigger...but I personally believe medium se zyada important hota hai content. Content acha ho toh chal jata hai. Entertainment, Entertainment, entertainment. Teeno jagah yehi kaam karta hai "

Vikrant Massey added to this and said, "Maine yeh kai baar kaha hai. Mujhe 12 saal ho gaye cinema mein kaam karte hue aur maine humesha yeh kaha hai ke jab maine shuruat ki thi toh ek perception tha, toh woh hai aur woh conditioning hai but meri jung humesha yeh rahi hai ki talent matter karna chahiye. Aap kahin se bhi aaye, aap koi bhi bhasha bole, aap kisi bhi platform se aaye. Agar aap talented hai toh aapko woh mauka milna chahiye...aur woh jung hai."
