MUMBAI: In addition to talent, celebrities need to maintain their looks. A common woe that many male celebrities have is receding hairlines.
While a wig are an option, it isn’t easy to put on without looking artificial. Hence, many reports have it that these actors who have apparently undergone hair transplants. Have a look.
Salman Khan
Supposedly, Salman has undergone not one, but two hair transplants, one in 2003 and another in 2012. Sometime back, there were reports about how the actor was asked to stay put at home as he was asked to go for another hair transplant for a touch-up.
Govinda
It was in 2012 that Govinda had undergone a hair transplant, and the actor actually confirmed the same. In fact, when Mumbai Mirror had asked him about it, Govinda had replied, “Arrey, isn't hair important? Which man would say he is okay with lesser hair on his head?”
Sanjay Dutt
He has sported an array of hairstyles in his entire film career. However, many reports have it that the actor allegedly got a hair transplant from America.
Kapil Sharma
From his The Great Indian Laughter Challenge days to being regarded as India's 'Comedy King’, Kapil has seen many layers of his career. Along with it, one thing that changed too was his hairstyle. While his then-and-now photos speak a zillion words, after his alleged hair transplant, the actor-comedian looks quite dapper and smart!
Himesh Reshammiya
Himesh became an icon for many in 2004-05 with his iconic look and more so, his long jackets and cap. Many reports have it that the singer-actor wore a cap to hide his receding hairline. Later, when he also shifted his focus to acting, Himesh allegedly went for a hair transplant and was seen flaunting shoulder-length to poker-straight hair in films.
