No doubt till today when we see the movie we love to see it all over again. Also, the movie has given one of the finest villains in Bollywood, Mogambo, which was played by veteran actor Amrish Puri, looking at this role we won't be wrong in saying that we feel that the role was written only for him.

Earlier in an interview, Anupam Kher revealed he was replaced with Amrish Puri back then. He said, “In ‘Mr. India', Mogambo's role was offered to me before him but after one or two months, makers of that film replaced me with Amrish Puriji.” He further said, “When you are dropped from a film then generally an actor feels bad, but when I watched ‘Mr. India' and saw Amrishji's work as Mogambo then, I thought that makers of the film took the right decision by casting Amrishji in their film.”

Amrish Puri’s dialogue ‘Mogambo khush hua’ is the most memorable one. Appearing in more than 200 films, he is considered one of the best villains in the history of Bollywood.
