What is cooking between Sushant and Ankita?

MUMBAI: Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande parted ways more than two years ago. However, it is clear that they still share a friendly bond. Recently, Sushant commented on her post of Jhalkaribai from Manikarnika.

Sushant expressed his happiness by writing that he was happy to see her as Jhalkaribai and that he wishes her success ahead. Ankita replied by thanking him and wishing him the same. The sweet conversation created a buzz, and fans still adore them as a couple.

On the red carpet, Sushant was questioned if he would have personally called up Ankita after seeing her look from Manikarnika. The Kedarnath actor made it clear that his conversation online was personal and literal.

Ankita will debut in Bollywood with Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi and play the important role of Jhalakaribai, the aide of Rani Lakshmibai.

When the couple broke up in May 2016, the reason was assumed to be the drinking habits of the actress. But Sushant clarified that the actress was not an alcoholic.

Sushant’s Kedarnath is doing well at the box office, and his chemistry with Sara Ali Khan has been well appreciated.
