Calling Anushka the compassionate and strong woman of his life: On Women's Day 2021, Virat shared a cute photo of Anushka and their daughter Vamika and wrote, "Seeing the birth of a child is the most spine chilling, unbelievable and amazing experience a human being can have. After witnessing that, you understand the true strength and divinity of women and why God created life inside them. It's because they are way stronger than us men. Credits Anushka for making him more sensible: During a chat with Gaurav Kapur, Virat said that Anushka has made him a more "sensible person". "I’ve learnt a lot, become more sensible in the last 4 years all because of her. She’s taught me how to be more patient and taught me how to utilise the position you are into the fullest," he told Gaurav.
Calling Anushka his lady luck: Virat has never shied away from giving the credit of his success to Anushka and once, he even called her his "lady luck." During the same interview with Gaurav Kapur, the Indian cricketer said, "I must thank the lady luck. You have seen me; you know I had no sense before. Ever since the lady has come into my life, she’s taught me a lot of things."
