It’s the New Year and time to see some new friendships build up. The latest is that between Pratyusha Banerjee aka Anandi of Balika Vadhu and Shalini Chandran aka Surbhi of Rishton Se Badi Pratha. Pratyusha Banerjee and Shalini Chandran belong to the same hometown Jamshedpur and that is one thing that connected them as people. The two met at a common friend’s place and that’s where they realized that they were from the same hometown and got talking. The two had even made plans for December 31. Pratyusha was to go out with her friends and Shalini but unfortunately that did not happen as Shalini had to go to Pune to meet her school friends. And, Pratyusha’s plans got cancelled and she joined her co-star Shashank Vyas and his friends. But, the actresses did catch up just a day later and had some fun time together. The two have houses in the same colony back home and though their mothers are very good friends the two had never met each other before. We spoke to Shalini about her new friendship and she says, “Yes, we have become good friends and for me Pratyusha is like a kid who I need to take care of,” Pratyusha Banerjee too confirmed her new found friendship.
