It's a tie! Deepika-Sonam win the desirable hamper

The coveted Koffee hamper can make the most diplomatic of the film stars shed their inhibitions and so it didn’t come as a surprise when a little fly, which perches on the wall of the studio where Karan Johar has his hot coffee and cool conversations with his special circle of Bolly-friends, told us that the Sunday episode will see both Deepika Padukone and Sonam Kapoor winning the hamper! Says Deepika, “We were so good that it was a tie. So Karan decided to give it to both of us.” And why not, considering Deepika is supposed to have said that she would like to give Ranbir Kapoor (her ex) a packet of condoms and like to check Katrina Kaif’s passport (presumably to find out her real age). If this is not tongue in cheek then what is? “Exactly, it was all tongue in cheek. Meant to be taken in good fun. Come on, you know how Karan’s show and the rapid fire round is. I hope people don’t read too much into it. You don’t expect me to sit on that couch and give these boring, diplomatic, politically correct answers, do you?”
