Rajshri Productions makes short animation films to promote Samrat & Co. innovatively

In a bid to promote Samrat & Co. in an innovative manner, Rajshri Productions has come up with short animation films. The makers of the film have conceptualised and designed short miniature animation films which are individual stories that highlight the adventures of Samrat and Company. Characters of Rajeev Khandelwal, Madalsa Sharma and Gopal Datt of the actual film have been animated and the characters and artistes of the actual film have dubbed for these animation films. Since this (detective) is a new genre for the production house, they have made these small animation films to give the taste of actual movie. Divulged director Kaushik Ghatak, “Samrat & Co for me is not just a film, it’s the world of Samrat which has a lot of stories and adventures he undertakes. Eventually we will come up with comic books and video games too.” In another conscious decision, the makers have decided to promote the film only in those television shows that would support the genre and concept of the film. “We had to do something different as there are a lot of products in the market,” observed producer Kavita Barjatya.
