Shemaroo to unveil 1st management film

Shemaroo Entertainment is set to unveil its first ever management film ‘Chanakya Speaks - The 7 Pillars of Business Success’ on DVDs, primarily targeting the decision makers and leaders in the corporate sector, managers, businessmen, management students and trainees. The film, inspired from the bestselling book Corporate Chanakya authored by Radhakrishnan Pillai, makes an attempt to simplify the teachings of Chanakya from the Arthashastra and makes them relevant for today’s leaders of the corporate world. The story revolves around the quest of a young business executive trying to rediscover Chanakya's teachings in today’s cluttered competitive space. One of the 'Construct for Governance' in the book Kautilya’s Arthashastra is called 'The Saptangas' (The 7 Pillars of a Successful Kingdom). For the first time in History, these seven pillars will be unveiled to the world through an entertaining yet powerfully educating film for business success. Talking about the film, Pillai said, “Chanakya and his teachings have been relevant for ages. This film brings out the teachings of Chanakya from a management perspective. The film has 3 important aspects – A story line, real life leaders of corporate India and original sutras from the Kautilya’s Arthashastra.
