Never the one to shy away from being vocal about his professional life, Shah Rukh Khan has always kept his personal life away from the media glare. But for the first time ever the actor will introduce his in-laws to his fans across the globe. For the first time on television, SRK's brother-in-law Vikrant and mother- in- law Savita will join him to disclose some funny moments of his life on Tere Mere Beach Mein. Vikrant teases SRK as he reveals how he has sacrificed his acting skills just to see his jijaji become King Khan. Everyone broke into fits of laughter when Vikrant described how pathetic SRK sounded when he requested Vikrant to let him dance with his sister Gauri. "Main yahan hi khada hoon, tu kar le dance.. aur ek baat samaj le...Hanky –panky nahi hona chahiye" (I am standing here, you guys dance. But remember one thing don’t try to act fresh). The two revealed that they share a very friendly relation and they keep on cracking jokes on each other. The stunning revelation though came through Savita ji who announced that she was not too happy with Gauri’s decision to marry Shah Rukh but once married she didn’t hesitate for a moment to take him as her son-in-law. She also stated that the actor is her advisor now and she gets tense when his movies don't work well at the box office. Knowing SRK one was sure he would have some funny incidents to unravel and he simply obliged the audience by sharing one such rib-tickling incident that happened between him and best friend Karan Johar. When K Jo was directing his first movie and they were having dinner together, Savita ji said, "I don’t think this guy can make a movie, he is such a small and sweet boy… you have to be a director like Yash Chopra.” Adding to the fun element, the host of the show announced the nominations for the best Joru Ka Gulaam award. The nominees were Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Ambani, Hrithik Roshan, Sachin Tendulkar, Akshaye Kumar. But the award was won by King Khan. Holding the trophy, SRK admitted shyly that he likes all sorts of awards and he is over 40 years now but is very thankful to all for giving him this award as he has been wishing to receive this for a long time! SRK thanks God and his mother for this award and shares that it is actually his mother who made him capable today of receiving this award. SRK admits that it was his mother who taught him how to be a Joru Ka Ghulam like his father. In his trademark witty style he added, "Wife ko main thank publically kabhi nahi karta hoon, roz subah uttkar main unke charan (feet ) paani se dhokar peeta hoon! (I never thank my wife in public. Every morning I wake up to wash her feet and consume the same water)." Watch the fun filled episode of Tere Mere Beach Mein on Star Plus on Sunday at 9 pm.
