Sonam Kapoor's iconic step from the movie’s title song went viral, thanks to the epic dubsmashes by her colleagues, contemporaries, and fans. Yes, you’re tempted to break into the jig too, right?

Shahid-Mira's wedding:
When the dashing actor tied the knot with non-celeb Mira Rajput, the country erupted in surprise/shock/jealousy. But when the lad shared their first wedding selfie on his Instagram page, his fans went berserk (in a good way!).

Ranveer Singh’s wardrobe:
This year, the stylish actor’s wardrobe had a life of its own. From walking around in floral jackets to skirts to PJs, Ranveer gave us all major goals in being cool. Also, he was much talked about for his unabashed flamboyance.

Aamir’s intolerance comment:
When Aamir Khan’s comment had the who’s who of the world taking pot-shots at the actor. Even though Aamir clarified his stance, twitter had already erupted over it. Phew!

AIB roast:
Do we really need to go into details about this one? The controversial stand-up act was panned by the higher-ups, but was lapped up internet junkies like us. The ban and eventual FIR against the performers only made the video more popular.

Rakhi Sawan’t ‘chitting’ comment:
Just when we thought the AIB roast couldn’t get funnier, we had the original item girl of Bollywood Rakhi Swant enjoying her two minutes of fame. She declared (mind you) on national television that the voices of those performing at AIB were not theirs…it was all ‘chitting’.

Abram Khan:
The adorable kid, who’s already the darling of the audiences, pouted with Karan Johar, waved to his father’s fans from the balcony and even smiled right into the camera for us. Yes, he ruled the viral moments of 2015.

SRK-Kajol DDLJ tribute video:
Ah, such nostalgia. When Raj and Simran recreated their magic 20 years after DDLJ, their fans let out a collective sigh. We were practically salivating at the video. You?

PeeCee at New York Square:
With Priyanka Chopra shifting gears to America with Quantico, she was one of the most talked about celebs in India. When her posters graced the hoardings at Times Square, New York, we were super proud of our ‘desi girl’.

SRK-Salman Bigg Boss 9:
The year ended on a high note, what with arch rivals-turned-friends Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan recreating their Karan-Arjun moments on the former’s show, Bigg Boss 9.
