SAB TV is all set to entertain the audience with yet another comedy show. To be produced by Dharmesh Mehta’s recently launched production house the show is tentatively titled R K Laxman Ki Duniya. Earlier in an interview with TellyChakkar he had revealed his plan to launch a production house. A source tells us, “Dharmesh Mehta (ex-director of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah) who has launched his production house is producing a show based on cartoons of R K Laxman. In this show Laxman’s cartoons will come to life and will be a satire on people and situations and also give a message. It’s a show based on the artist’s well-known character ‘common man’ and his day- to- day problems. The pilot for the show was shot over three days in actual locations across Mumbai. Veteran actor Deepak Gheewala, Atul Parchure and Paresh Ganatra have shot for the pilot episodes.” Paresh Ganatra confirmed, “Yes, we have shot for the pilot episodes and had lot of fun while shooting but I am not allowed to reveal any information at this moment.”
