Our source says, “The production house is yet to rope in someone to play the lead character of Shivaji. However, Milind Gunaji will essay the role of Shahaji Raje, Shilpa Tulaskar will be playing Jijabai and Ali Hassain will play the character of Muhammad Adil Shah, the ruler of Bijapur. Furthermore, Mandhar Jadhav, Amit Behl and Natasha will also be playing important roles in the show.”
Abhimanyu Singh of Contiloe Telefilms refrained from commenting.
