Ouch! Aashish Mehrotra injured

Aashish Mehrotra

All you pretty girls who love Aashish Mehrotra, here is your chance to impress him by your tender care.

The guy, who became a craze with his show Paanch, is in immense pain these days.

Why?

Well, Aashish who is currently seen as the smart and suave Sanju in Zee TV’s Bandhan, is nursing a broken finger and a sore muscle after meeting with two freaky accidents. One on the set and the other in the gym.

So how is he doing now? Let’s find out from the lad.

“There was a scene in Bandhan where I had to apply oil on the elephant’s stomach. But the animal suddenly reacted and I got scared and fell (smiles). I hurt my index finger badly. It immediately turned blue and hurt like hell. Though I continued to shoot, soon I was rushed to the doctor, where they informed me about my hairline fracture.”

And even though his finger (of the left hand) was bandaged, the guy hit the gym, which proved to be a wrong decision.

Slyly Aashish said, “I did not realise it could turn worse and thus was working out, when I suddenly sensed a piercing pain in my left shoulder. I went to see the doctor and I learnt about sore tendons. Now my arm has also got a cast. I have been advised to rest for 15 days at least.”

The actor continues to shoot in spite of these injuries. “Since our show will soon wrap up, I did not want to miss on the opportunity to shoot with the team. The track will show me in an injured state so the cast will be a part of my character too,” added Aashish.

Well young boy, take care. We wish you a speedy recovery!
