Ravi Ojha Productions’ latest venture Zindagi Abhi Baaki Hai Mere Ghost on Life OK is all set to hit the tube from 31 August.
After big names like Tiku Talsania, Anita Kanwal, Smita Bansal, it’s time for popular faces of television like Tanaaz Currim (Badi Dooooor Se Aaye Hai) and Ayesha Singh (Doli Armaano Ki) to join the team. Also noted film personality Masood Akhtar of Kahani fame will come onboard.
A source shared that pretty face of television Tanaaz will be seen in the role of Veronica D’Costa, who will be the female lead’s (Kanika Kotlana) step mom. While Masood will be seen in the role of a milkman turned ghost, who was killed as he was the only eye witness of a crime, Ayesha will be playing Kanika’s on screen sister.
When we contacted Masood Akhtar, who is part of films like Katti Batti and Mirziya, the veteran man confirmed the development and stated, “I have earlier worked in many television shows before getting busy with films and now coming back again on small screen is a pleasure for me. I have earlier worked with Ravi Ojha and Mitali Bhattacharya for their Bengali show and when they approached me for this role, there was no second thought”.
While Tanaaz remained unavailable, we also spoke to Ayesha who said, “I am portraying the role of Amy, a young, bubbly younger sister of the female lead, who is a bit jealous of her sister as she believes that her father loves her more. After Doli Armaanon Ki, this one is a big opportunity for me and I hope that people will love it”.
Set in the backdrop of Goa, the drama will feature Dhruv Raj Sharma and Kanika Kotlana as leads.
