Actress Neelam Panchal who is presently shooting for her upcoming Zee TV show, Lajwanti simply loves to test her brains and improve her concentration level.
Well, it’s her passion these days to solve the Rubik’s cube and feels that it helps her invest her energy in a good way. Having been on the path of mastering the art, she now wants her little daughter to learn it someday and break many records.
Says Neelam, “I caught up with this passion as I did not want to spend much time on my mobile during my free time. Actually I have been seeing the kids in my building solve the Rubik’s cube puzzle very fast, and this lead me to try it. I took it up as a challenge and did it in 3-4 days. I am on the verge of teaching my husband too, and he is glad that I am learning something new.”
Talking more about the art of solving the Rubik’s cube, Neelam states, “I have been practising on bettering my timing for the past many months. My best time till date is 1.35 seconds, and my next goal is to clock it within a minute. If I am able to achieve this in the next couple of days, I will take part in the Rubik’s competition to be held in Mumbai on 15 and 16 August.”
All this has helped in building her confidence and concentration. She hopes that in the days to come, she will be able to conquer her fear of driving a car. Explains the actress, “I used to easily drive a car, but after I met with a severe accident in the year 2006, I just don’t want to drive. I am hoping that the confidence I have gained will help me overcome my fear.”
