It's time for some 'kite drama' in Colors' Thapki Pyar Ki

Thapki Pyar Ki

Colors’ Thapki Pyar Ki (Shoonya Square and SOL Productions) will see new drama around the Makar Sankranti celebrations.

And with the kite flying ceremony taking centre stage, Dadi (Usha Rana) will challenge the bahus Shraddha (Monica Khanna) and Thapki (Jigyasa Singh) that one of them will be given the opportunity to carry out the annual ritual of flying the kite with the name of Dadaji written over it.

As per the ritual and track record of it, the kite bearing Dadaji’s name has never been caught off-guard, and the person flying it has always managed to keep it flying high in the sky.

Now with Thapki getting the chance to fly the kite, Shraddha and Vasundhara (Jaya Bhattacharya) will pull up their socks to spoil Thapki’s plans of flying it well.

As per sources, “Shraddha and Vasundhara will plan to cut the kite’s strings off, thus proving to the family that Thapki is not worth stayng in the house. For this, they will make a plan to create hurdles for Thapki in flying the kite. However, the Catch 22 situation for Shraddha will be the presence of Bihaan (Manish Goplani), who has been following her to stop her from being the trouble maker.”

However, Vasundhara will come as a saviour for Shraddha, and she will engage Bihaan in some work or the other, and will order Shraddha to carry out her work and spoil Thapki’s efforts.

Will Thapki succeed in keeping Dadaji’s kite flying high?

We tried contacting the actors concerned, but did not get through.

Watch this engrossing kite drama in the show.
