The monsoons are here! Beautiful rains and lush green trees make for postcard-perfect pictures which you can capture forever in your phone.

We all know that smartphones have become an indispensable part of our lives now. They go beyond the basics of calling and texting, and have emerged as a crucial means of communication and a way to record the precious moments of life.

We are all in love with our smartphones and so is Gautam Rode, the handsome hunk of Indian television.

Gautam, with his Greek God looks, has a huge fan following and has carved a niche for himself with the impressive portrayal of diverse characters on screen. Be it his stylish romantic avatar in Saraswatichandra or his muscular warrior look in the mythological show Suryaputra Karn, Gautam has always been a favourite among the masses.

And when he’s not busy shooting, he is mostly on his phone, connecting with loved ones and checking out the latest updates.

“My phone is amazing. It’s my lifeline. I use it for so many things! With so many apps, the possibilities of engagement have increased manifold. But there is only one glitch, and that is the constant draining of battery,” shares Rode.

So what does he do to address it? “Kya karein (what should I do), multiple phones leke chalta hoon (I use multiple phones).”

But what happens when he tries to reach out to his loved ones and their phone is dead?

“Well, it becomes a big problem when someone who is usually available suddenly becomes unreachable. You tend to get worried. You begin to imagine all kinds of weird things. You are left with no other option but to wait patiently. Eventually when you re-connect, you feel very relieved,” adds the actor.

He ends with the confession: “To solve all problems, we need a phone with a better battery life.”

We’re sure all smartphone users would agree with Gautam on this. But is there any such phone at all? As a matter of fact, now there is!

Gionee’s latest launch, the Marathon M5 Plus, comes with a 5020 mAh battery that lasts for 4 days without charge. It is the perfect solution for all those dealing with battery woes for themselves or their loved ones! This is one smartphone that’s sure to help users stay #AlwaysInPower.
