Sharad Kelkar

His macho personality coupled with a chiseled jawline and suave demeanor makes him the man of many women’s dreams.

Meet the man of the hour – Sharad Kelkar.

With an impressive line-up in both TV & Bollywood, Sharad will soon impress fans with his performance in the much-awaited Bollywood extravaganza –Mohenjo Daro.

The actor, married to actress Keerti Kelkar, recently became a father. And amid his much-needed family time, he took some time out to speak with Tellychakkar.com.

Talking to us over a call, Sharad told us how important smartphones have become these days.

“I think smartphones have become a way of life now. They’re no longer used merely for calls and in fact, serve many different purposes. There are apps, videos, music, social media and what not. I think the world has become smaller, thanks to smartphones.”

What else do you do with your smartphone?

“Well, it’s one of the easiest ways to stay updated and connected, especially with your fans. I also consume a lot of news on my phone, which helps me stay informed,” he added.

Constant and extensive use of smartphones often drains the battery. So has he ever faced a difficult situation when he couldn’t connect with someone due to his phone’s battery dying?

“Yes, there are moments when you see the ‘low battery’ sign popping up when you want to make an important call or talk to your family. Tab mann karta hain ki phone phenk doon (Feel like throwing the phone away). Now we have devices to keep your phones alive, but one always wishes for a better battery backup in a phone. It’s hassle-free and makes life easier.”

We’re sure all smartphone users would agree with Sharad on this. As a matter of fact, there is now a phone that addresses this concern which troubles millions of smartphone owners!
