MUMBAI: Ace comedian Kapil Sharma, who had been going through a rough patch, is all set to return to the small screens with the second season of The Kapil Sharma Show. But his fans will have to wait for some more time, as the show has been pushed to December. As per media reports, the show was earlier supposed to air during Diwali.
However, the makers are not ready yet. Moreover, the show, which was previously shot in Film City, is now struggling build a new set, as most sets are occupied. It seems that Kapil’s production K9 is also in debt and there is no external help yet. Frames Production, which earlier co-produced the show, doesn't want to come on board for the second season.
What do you think of Kapil Sharma?
There are rumours that Salman Khan Productions will come on board to help Kapil in this dire situation. In any case, the show will go on air only at the end of the year, and Kapil maintains that the show will go on air before his wedding.

The last episode of KBC will air on November 21, and if Kapil wants to use the same set, the makers would need around 29 days to reconstruct it. So, in that case, the shoot can’t begin before the end of December.
