MUMBAI: Saurabh Pandey is a well-known name in the television industry and known for his roles in serials like Jiya Bole, Razia Sultan, and Suryaputra Karn. The actor had a narrow escape from a major accident.

TellyChakkar got in touch with Saurabh and asked him what exactly happened.

Saurabh said that he and his wife had gone to an under-construction building to have a look at a flat, and when he was coming out and he entered the car, something fell on the back side of his car. He was worried so he drove the car in quickly and took it ahead.

When Saurabh got down, he was shocked to see that cement had fallen down from the 36th floor with so much force that the the glass of his car broke. He is thankful that he and his wife were sitting in the front.

He further said that the owner also came and was very helpful. He also agreed to take the full expense as he feels very grateful that their lives were saved and that everyone came out of it unhurt. He said that even now, when he thinks of the incident, it gives him shivers.

He concluded by saying that he would want to advise all his fans and well-wishers that whenever they go to a under-construction building, one should be very careful and alert because since the construction is still going on. You never know what can happen when.
