The one app that is being used in abundance is Instagram, as fans feel they can connect to their favourite actors and interact with them live.
Deepika Padukone hit a big milestone on Instagram on Thursday. She is now followed by 30 million people on the image-sharing website, the second most followed Indian after Priyanka Chopra.
To celebrate this, Deepika shared a video where she is seen doing the moonwalk and captioned it saying, ‘moonwalking into 30 million thank you for the love.’
Recently, Deepika also reclaimed her status as the ‘Sexiest Asian Woman’ for the second time in three years. The ranking was published by a UK-based newspaper. She was also the only female actor in the top five on Forbes Celeb 100, which was unveiled recently.
