Beautiful and gracious Deepti Bhatnagar turned a producer with SAB TV’s show Happy Housewives Club. Now, she is all kicked about her upcoming travel-based food reality show which is tentatively titled Global Tadka. “The name might change. I am producing, directing, hosting and also acting as a chef in the show. I will be travelling to different countries and cooking diverse and exotic local cuisines. The show intends to tell the world that cooking is easy and quite an enjoyable activity,” informs Deepti. Furthermore, she has already shot in places like Italy, Dubai, Thailand, Burma, France, India, and she is all set to travel to few more exotic locations in the near future. “We are deciding on the places. The show will not only focus on cooking, but it will also give interesting details about the city, its culture, famous restaurants, its people, and more,” says the lady with a beautiful body. Deepti has already shot for 10 episodes and intends to create a bank of 13 episodes. “It’s not easy to go to different locations and shoot. It takes time and is quite tiring. We want to create a bank so that no problem arises once the show goes on air. In the first leg, Global Tadka will have 26 episodes. It can go up depending on the response of the viewers,” Deepti goes on to say. She is in talks with different channels including Food Food, and Zoom and it is yet to be decided where the show will finally be aired. “See, we are currently in the production and post-production stage. Once we complete 13 episodes, I want Global Tadka to go on air in the end of January, 2012 or start of February. Channel will be decided in the coming days,” says Deepti. Finally, the gracious lady says that she is enjoying her stint as a producer and hopes that with Global Tadka, viewers can cook exotic dishes in their homes. “If I can cook, so can everyone else. I am sure people will enjoy my new venture,” ends Deepti. Well, Tellychakkar.com wishes you great luck with your new show!!!
