Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim gift themselves a luxury car on their first wedding anniversary

MUMBAI: "Work hard with a clean heart and your dreams do take the face of reality,” says Shoaib Ibrahim. The actor and his actress wife Dipika Kakar have gifted themselves their first-ever luxury car on the occasion of their first wedding anniversary.

One of the adorable couples from television world, Shoaib and Dipika tied the knot last year. Together they worked in the soap Sasural Simar Ka, and their love blossomed on the sets of the show. After dating each other for five years, they tied the knot in a traditional Muslim ceremony on 22 February 2018. 

They celebrated their first wedding anniversary in a special way. They threw a lavish party followed by a mehendi ceremony and a lovey-dovey photoshoot. In the evening, they cut a cake in the presence of family and friends. They gifted themselves a maroon coloured BMW.

An elated Shoaib took to his social media handle to share his happiness. He wrote on Twitter, “Work hard with a clean heart and your dreams do take the face of reality!!!
