MUMBAI: In 2013, Sreesanth who was playing for IPL team Rajasthan Royals was  accused of spot-fixing because of which the cricketer was banned from playing cricket in any format.

Sreesanth challenged the verdict and later also participated in Colors’ controversial show Bigg Boss 12, wherein he claimed and expressed his innocence and his will to play for his country.

Sreesanth gained a lot of fans with the reality show and seems like the love and prayers of thousands of his fans have been heard as supreme court have cancelled the ban that BCCI have imposed on him.

The court said that harsh punishment of life ban should not be imposed in all cases.

Sreesanth said to the media, “It's a huge relief. The court has given me a huge lifeline and I am happy with the opportunity given to me”.

We are super eager to see Sreesanth play for the pride of India.
