Viewers have loved me as Vishnu and Krishna; hoping to impress them as Ram: Kuldeep Singh

MUMBAI: Sony Entertainment Television’s popular show Vignaharta Ganesha (Contiloe) is gearing up for major changes and a new chapter. The show will soon narrate the iconic Ramayana story.

TellyChakkar exclusively reported about Paras Chhabra being roped in to play Ravan (Read here: Paras Chhabra to enter Sony TV's Vighnaharta Ganesha).

There are also reports about Nirbhay Wadhva playing the character of Hanuman in the show.

Now, the latest update is that Kuldeep Singh, who plays the role of Lord Vishnu, will be seen as Lord Ram in the show.

We contacted Kuldeep to confirm the news, and he said, 'Yes, I am going to play the character of Ram in the show. It is a dream come true to play the character of Ram. I am really happy and a bit nervous at the same time, because playing Ram is a challenge for me, as Ram’s character played by Arun Govil Sir is a benchmark. I will try to reach that benchmark so that viewers will love my performance. Viewers have loved me as Vishnu and Krishna, and now, I am hoping to impress them as Ram.'
