MUMBAI : Sidharth Shukla was one of the most adored actors of his time. In addition to his performance, his modest nature never failed to enthrall his audience. However, on September 2, 2021, Sidharth unexpectedly died at his heavenly home after suffering a heart attack at the young age of 40. Since then, the actor has been supported not only by his loved ones but also by Shehnaaz Gill, a close friend, and global fans.
Ritu, Sidharth Shukla's fan from California, gave a beautiful homage to him three years after his tragic death. Ritu posted a few pictures and a statement on her X (formerly Twitter) account, stating that she had finally been able to get Sidharth's number plate for her car.
She shared a picture of her 2023 BMW 7 series with the number plate 'California SID1212'. It's interesting to note that Ritu's number plate's final four digits were influenced by Sidharth's vehicle.
The fan, Ritu also shared a photo of the actor posing with his then-purchased swanky BMW X5. In the picture, Sidharth looked handsome as always and was seen happily posing for the lens.
Sharing the photos, the ardent fan of the actor, penned a lovely note for him, which can be read as, "LIKE IDOL LIKE FAN. I don’t need to prove anything to anyone about how much I love #SidharthShukla I take him with me everywhere I go 24/7. He is my heart #SidharthShukIaLivesOn."
Ever since Sidharth Shukla passed away, Shehnaaz Gill has been often seen carrying on his legacy with her meager endeavours. She has continued to communicate with Sidharth's friends and family as well.
It was recently reported that Shehnaaz hired Adith, Sidharth's driver after the latter was frequently spotted working for the actress. Adith has been Shehnaaz's guard, keeping an eye on her from the crowd in addition to being her driver.
Shehnaaz Gill is getting ready to mark her OTT debut with the fifth installment of Broken But Beautiful. Thus, multiple reports suggested that Shehnaaz has been finalized as the main protagonist, which is extremely delightful news for all the SidNaaz fans (the name given to Sidharth and Shehnaaz).
Sidharth was last seen in 3rd season of the same series, Broken But Beautiful. However, Shehnaaz will take forward his legacy with the popular actor, Kushal Tandon.
