MUMBAI: Nach Baliye is one of the most popular couple dance reality shows and season 9 has been grabbing headlines for more than one reasons. Firstly, the season 9 is being produced by none other than Salman Khan, and secondly, this season’s format has been spiced up. Not just real life couples, but ex-couples have also participated in the show. One such couple is Urvashi Dholakia and Anuj Sachdeva.

The two are currently seen sweeping audience off their feet with their performances on the show. The couple has been receiving good reviews for their performances by judges Raveena Tandon and Ahmed Khan on the show. However, recently, the actress was seen rehearsing for her act and it was here when she hurt herself. During the stint, Urvashi had to lie down on the track letting the trolley pass over her. It was here when she hurt her hand and they missed out the timing by a fraction of a second. They had performed their entire act on a moving trolley.

The actress shared a video of herself and the whole scenario on social media and captioned it as, "Wondering why am I sitting down and wallowing in pain ???? See the second video and u shall know that what u see on tv is glamorous but in reality it’s not ! Also the pain we go through only motivates us to be bold & move towards performing better and never give up !! Doing this particular stint was not easy but it was worth it.
