MUMBAI: We all have a few beliefs in our head, and we should all listen to them from time to time.
Today is Halloween Day, an annual holiday celebrated each year on October 31st in the Western world. It originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts. Actor Rehaan Roy, who is currently a part of two successful shows, Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega and Bahu Begum, doesn’t believe in celebrating Halloween and has his reasons for that. He says, 'Halloween is a day to worship the devil. Though it has become just a day to celebrate nowadays, the origin of this festival is evil. I believe in God, and I don’t take part in any demonic celebrations. God has given us a mind to think and decide what’s right and what’s wrong for ourselves. Hence, I don’t celebrate Halloween. This is my faith and my belief. I have no intention to hurt anyone’s sentiment related to this celebration.'
