Arjun Bijlani, the chocolate boy of the TV industry, is a craze amongst female fans. He is good looking, smart and an absolute stunner. As guest editors at Tellychakkar.com, I and Seema decided to talk to him and take his interview (he is very close to us. He was in our show (Miley Jab Hum Tum). So here’s what the handsome lad shared with us in a candid chat. Excerpts: What do you like in a woman? I look for simplicity and a combination of beauty and brains. You are superbly famous amongst females. Why? I think females are more open about their emotions. For example, I have been attending many weddings these days and once there, only girls want to get clicked with me. So that proves my popularity amongst them. What about your first kiss? It was in school. I remember I had a girlfriend and she kissed me on my cheek for the first time. I was all smiles for the next couple of weeks after that. What is your relationship status? I am dating somebody but she is not from the industry. Haven't you ever romanced any of your co-stars in real life? When you’re working in a TV show, you’re basically shooting, eating and making plans together all the time. So people tend to develop affinity towards their co-actors. At times, this inclination leads to a love story. But for some it might just remain as a crush and for others, they just end up being friends. And in my case, love never really happened with my co-stars. Okay. Now tell us what is your take on live-in relationships? I think one should get married instead of living-in. I do not really understand the concept of living-in. I know there are some people who choose to live-in due to monitory issues. And there are others who just want to check out compatibility. But I don’t think the Indian culture really accepts it. Would you like to have your own babies or go for adoption? I would definitely love to have my own kids. However, if that does not happen, I would go ahead and adopt one. Are you a mama's boy? Yes, I am a mama's boy. If given a chance, which part of your body would you like to change? I wouldn’t like to change any part of my body. I feel I am more or less perfect. However, I would have loved to be an inch or two taller, but I am still okay with my current height. Share a secret with your fans… Yes, I will. Here it goes. I remember when I was in college I was dating two girls at the same time and they were sisters. Each sister would tell me not to tell anything to her sibling. But before things went out of control, I moved out of it (laughs). What profession would you choose other than acting? I would have owned a casino and I am sure I would have been good at it. Furthermore, I would have made hundred times more money than what I am making today. How would you like to spend your life after retirement? I would like to spend it on my farmhouse with my family, which would include my wife and children (smiles).
