MUMBAI: Former Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh has left for the heavenly abode.
He was also the veteran Congress leader. The reputed personality passed away on 26th December , Thursday.
According to AIIMS sources, his condition was critical and he was being treated by a team of multiple doctors.
The reason for his hospitalisation was not immediately known.
He was 92-year-old and was brought to the emergency department of the hospital, around 8 PM.
Manmohan Singh's family and senior Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra have reached the hospital.
He retired from Rajya Sabha in April.
