Joining her and pledging their support for the finalists will be a host of stars and celebrities from both Bollywood and Tellywood. Commenting on the legendary singer's presence on the show, an overwhelmed Producer and Director of Amul Star Voice of India, Gajenderra Siingh, exclaimed, "It's a great honor since it has my life long ambition to have Lataji endorse the show. I've pursued her for nearly 12 years to come on my show. It's finally a dream come true! Despite her views on biased SMS voting by the public she has agreed to be a part of the event only because she strongly believes that the show upholds the traditions of true music. " The elusive legendary singer and a keen follower of the show Lataji, confirmed that her family will be present on the evening of Grand Finale. And when quizzed about her personal favorite from amongst the two talented finalists - Ishmeet and Harshit, she smiled and added, "I'm so fond of both that I can't make a choice between them. " Sharing the list of songs that she would like to hear on the eve of the Grand Finale from the two finalists, Lataji advised the boys to sing original compositions over pre-recorded Hindi film songs since that will give a true indication of their talent. Thrilled to meet his idol and goddess Saraswati in person and a chance to interact with her for nearly two hours, Ishmeet emoted, "My heart is beating so fast… I still can't believe that she blessed us and gave us many tips to be better singers, better human beings, especially on how to handle fame and failure." Ishmeet's opponent Harshit had this to say "Her blessings are so precious. I'm so thrilled to have become a finalist or else I would never have had the good fortune of spending time with her" A galaxy of stars - John Abraham, Bipasha Basu, Boman Irrani, Vivek Agnihotri, Kunal and Gayatri Ganjawala and Kavita Krishnamurthy - join the musical wagon in celebrity special episode on Friday, Nov. 23rd, at 10.00 pm.
