MUMBAI: Fans of Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega (Zee TV & Shoonya Square) are disheartened with the news about the buzz around the lead actor Nishant Malkani who played the role of AJ is getting replaced.
TellyChakkar further broke the news about lead actress Kanika Mann will apparently play a younger role post the story jump. She will supposedly play Guddan’s daughter in the show and makers will most likely introduce a new lead opposite Kanika (Read here: Kanika Mann to play Guddan’s daughter post the leap in the show? ).
Kanika confirmed the development in her recent live chat with her co-star Dalljiet Kaur on Instagram. Dalljiet later also spoke to Nishant. On being out of Guddan, Nishant shared, “ A lot of people know that there is a leap in Guddan and I might not be part of it. It will be heartbreaking and emotional to not be able to continue in Guddan. This one and half year has been beautiful. If a new story can bring good ratings for the show then I will be more than happy as ultimately we wanted Guddan to become a brand. So even if I have to be out of the show and a new person has to come in my place it’s for the betterment of the show.”
