Sushant Singh Rajput demise: Ranvir Shorey talks about nepotism

MUMBAI: Death of Sushant Singh Rajput has urged people to open up about two things – primarily about mental health and second, how nepotism leads to crushing of talented actors who deserve a better chance in Bollywood. We saw a lot of netizens slamming Karan Johar and Salman Khan for launching star kids over the outsiders who deserve a fair chance. Following the rage of the netizens, fearless actress Kangana Ranaut too slammed the biggies of Bollywood who refused to acknowledge work of the late actor.

Now following in the footsteps of the Manikarnika actress, actor Ranvir Shorey too in his series of tweets narrated about an award show which indicated of star kids being given more leverage. In his tweet, he mentioned an award where a star kid was hosting the award ceremony when the nominations were announced and name of the one hosting the award night was also included in the list. Followed by the host inviting some biggies of Bollywood, actually the star kid’s parent gracing the stage.

And guess what who takes the award home, the star kid himself, mentioned the Shorey in his tweet. In his last tweet, he also mentioned how the star kid receives the award and gets back to hosting, acting as if it is completely normal. Ending his series of tweet with “This is how mainstream Bollywood is a family." Have a look all his tweets below.
