Supriya is still remembered as Ishwari of Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi

MUMBAI : Sony TV’s Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi had a unique story filled with emotions and love. The story revolved around a doting son and a dutiful mother and how their lives take a turn when the boy gets married to the girl of his choice. Supriya Pilgaonkar played the character of Ishwari while Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes played the characters of Dev and Sonakshi; her son and daughter in law respectively.

It was a complex love story. The makers made a point to keep Ishwari’s character relatable yet didn’t make it out and out negative. The show is re-running on the channel and fans can’t keep calm as they are able to catch up with the dynamic story once again.

Supriya played the character of Iswari to T. The conflicts of a mother, the insecurities, the vulnerability along with the authority, confusions and the heart to let his son lead his life with his own choices and rules; Supriya’s performance had carved a special place in the hearts of the audience and this is why even now she receives accolades for her performance. The actress receives comments on her portrayal as Ishwari even today. Her comments section on Instagram is also flodded with compliments from her fans.

Needless to say, Ishwari has been one of the best characters that Supriya Pilgaonkar has portrayed till date.
