Sandit Tiwari's focus is on television right now...

Sandit Tiwari better known as Vishwas of Imagine’s Mi Aaji Aur Saheb was thrown off-guard like many others when the channel came to a sudden halt. The actor has still not got over the shock, but moving ahead he is looking for some good work. Recollecting the moment when he was informed of the channel’s closure, Sandit shares with us, “It was shocking as I was informed at 11 am that I would have to give an interview related to the show, and at 1 pm I learnt that the channel was shutting down. I did not know how to react.” He later adds, “I know I will get work, as getting work is not an issue. But I want to do something creative being an MBA. I changed my field because I wanted to act, hence I will be choosy in what I take.” Having worked with Shakuntalam Telefilms, the actor states that he will always be ready to work with them again. “My producers at Shakuntalam Telefilms were very happy with my work and I enjoyed working with them too. Hence if they offer a role that suits me, I will definitely take it up.” Sandit, who returned to Mumbai after enjoying a vacation at his home town Chattisgarh, is currently busy teaching MBA students, something that he did even during his struggling days. Sandit who has trained under Shiamak Davar in dancing recently learnt the art of Bollywood action when he had free time. Now that the actor knows both action and dancing, we asked him if he is ready to enter Bollywood and he gave us a modest reply, “Ultimately everybody wants to get into films, but for now my focus is on TV”.
