Bihar Police issues notice to Rhea Chakraborty

Cops are trying to find Rhea.

MUMBAI: The Sushant Singh Rajput case has taken a new twist, as the actor’s father has now filed a complaint against his girlfriend Rhea.

Once the FIR was lodged, the Bihar police started to investigate the case.

Now, as per media reports, Bihar police have sent a notice to Rhea as they want to interrogate her, but are unable to reach out to her, as she and her family are at an undisclosed location.

The cops have also said that if the actress and the others named in the complaint do noy cooperate or refuse to give a statement, they will issue summons and approach the court for a warrant.

The cops are investigating the matter thoroughly and want everyone related to this case to cooperate with them.

As far as the bjudicial review of the investigation is concerned, it not yet clear whether the Mumbai and Bihar Police will be working together.

The Bihar Police will fight in the court for a transfer of the case, but for that they need to build a strong case.

Well, both Mumbai and Bihar Police are waiting to record the statement of Rhea, but her lawyers have said that she won't give any statement until her plea is heard in court.
