MUMBAI : On June 14 Sushant Singh Rajput’s death sent shockwaves to each one of us. It’s already been 50 days since SSR allegedly ended his life at his Bandra abode leaving his fans, family and friends mourning over the loss. 44 days after his death, SSR’s father Krishan Kishore Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and 5 others including actress’ father, mother, brother and business manager Shruti Modi. As the twist in SSR case has left everyone shocked, his fans had been asking for a CBI probe in the suicide case. Right from Bihar Police to Supreme Court’s verdict on Rhea’s plea, a lot has been happening in Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case.

A while back, Sushant’s ex-flatmate Samuel Haokip took to social media to remember the actor. In a throwback video, shared by Samuel, SSR is seen talking about his journey from being an engineering student to becoming a successful TV actor and then a dashing Bollywood star. In the clip, SSR is seen saying that how he was drawn towards the movies. Towards the end of the interview when a reporter asks him if actors need a godfather to reach where Sushant Singh Rajput is, he is seen clearly saying, ‘No Godfather.’
He further adds, “Father hota hai aur God hota hai. Mile wala kaam Godfather, yeh sab insaano ka kaam hai. Hamare pass God bhi hai aur father bhi.”
Meanwhile, speaking to Republic, Samuel had spoken at length about his bond with Sushant. He had even commented on Sushant’s relationship with producer-friend Sandip Ssingh, who carried out all the processes after the actor was reportedly found hanging in his apartment. Samuel Haokip revealed that he had not heard of Sandip's name when he was with Sushant.
