Namish Taneja aka Ved Kothari of Aye Mere Humsafar

I eat everything but I am a conscious eater. I try not to stuff myself. I ensure I have small meals throughout the day. My mothers helps me with keeping my diet in check too. Instead of having two full roti’s she makes 2 rotis from the dough of 1. I ensure to have my dinner in time by about 9-9:30 so that there is enough time for the food to digest before going to bed. One thing which I always lean on is the dry fruits in my meal or between meals. Almonds, walnuts, raisins, pistachios, cashews are my go to options throughout the day.

Tina Philip aka Vidhi Sharma of Aye Mere Humsafar

It is a 3 in 1 tip. Eat right, exercise and stay happy! I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to eat the right kind of food. And of course any form of exercise be it, dance, sport or yoga. My personal favourite is yoga as it helps me balance my mind and body. But none of the above things would work if you're not happy from the inside. So it is important to appreciate the little things in life and be happy. The health snack that I recommend the most is Makhanas (Fox nuts). They have multiple health benefits which makes it not less than a super food.

Neelu Vaghela aka Pratibha Devi of Aye Mere Humsafar

The healthy drink that I always carry with me is half a bottle of water mixed with half bottle of milk and some vegetable seeds in it without sugar. And I also carry khakhra with me. It isn't very heavy and is still healthy.

Sneha Wagh aka Jyoti of Jyoti

I do not follow a strict diet plan but I also don’t go overboard on things either. I believe we have one life and should make the maximum of it. I believe in eating healthy and eating home cooked food. I am a huge fan of nuts in between meals and they seem to be the most healthiest and nutrition rich option.

Pooja Singh aka Divya Kothari of Aye Mere Humsafar

I believe in eating home cooked food although I have a cheat meal once a week where I indulge in some delicious food from out (not in corona times). I consume green tea twice a day at least. Black coffee is a must for me as soon as I wake up and tea is something which I cannot do without. I have substituted rice with oats. The only time I have rice is in biryani. I always carry dry fruits with me, they are a healthy snack for me. I have loads of fruits and green vegetables and tend to focus on food which helps digestion.

Rishina Kandhari aka Imarti of Aye Mere Humsafar

My health tip to all is to eat healthy, keep low in carbs and go slow on sugar and salt. I eat fruits that contain fiber. I start my day with ajwain ka paani. I believe, one should have a healthy mix of good food and exercise to stay healthy and fit. The healthiest snack that I would recommend is Peanut butter protein balls. My mom makes them for the sweet craving during a dull day or for the midnight munching. Made with oats, chocolate chips, coconut, chia, flax, cinnamon, salt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla and milk these peanut butter balls give you new life when you need a little energy boost.

Accher Bhardwaj aka Lakhan Kothari of Aye Mere Humsafar

Nutrition is lifestyle for me. From being an obese teenager to 8packs was not an easy journey. It’s all about changing just a little bit of your nutrition. It makes me more active and focused. On this nutrition week I would love to celebrate by indulging in  nutritious meals and I would like to suggest everyone to at least have one fruit a day. If you feel that you had a lot of unhealthy food in a day, then you could choose to fast the following day to balance things. Eating healthy is very necessary as they say a man is what he eats and this should always be remembered.
