MUMBAI: The SSR case is one of the most high-profile cases in the nation, and the top four agencies are investigating it.
The ED is looking into the money laundering aspect, CBI is investigating the death mystery, NCB is probing the drug issue, and NIA will be looking into whether the drug business money is being used for terror activities in the country.
As per Republic TV, there is a big development in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case, as far as the investigation is concerned. The CBI is considering adding Section 302 of the IPC (murder) in the case, top sources said.

This news comes in as the CBI begins the second round of investigation in the probe. They have maintained that no angles have been ruled out and have reassured everyone through a statement on Monday that the investigation is being conducted in a professional manner. This was after AIIMS submitted its post-mortem and viscera reports.
The CBI in its second round of investigation will be reexamining the witnesses. They will be recording their statements all over again. The CBI have not ruled out the murder angle, but before they make an official statement, they want to be very sure of every aspect.
