Movies like Dangal, Ghajini, Taare Zameen Par, Lagaan, Rang De Basanti, and many more had given the actor the title of a perfectionist and the actor justifies with every character he plays.

1.   Parampara

Released in 1993, Parampara was unable to make it into the hearts of the fans all over. It has an ensemble cast including big names of the industry like Aamir Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Vinod Khanna, Sunil Dutt, and many more. The movie was helmed under the Yashraj Banner. However, this movie was a big flop in Aamir Khan’s filmography with a total collection of only 1.50 crore rupees

2. Aatank Hi Aatank

If you know about this movie you are surely a big Aamir Khan fan. The movie was released in 1995, which was the remake of the Hollywood Movie Godfather. The movie ranked low on the box office with a total collection of 2.50 crore rupees. It was the first time Aamir Khan and South Superstar Rajnikanth shared screen space.

3.Baazi

Before the huge success of Lagaan, the Actor- Director duo failed to impress the audience with Baazi. Well, it happened in 1995, when Aashutosh Gowarikar tried to come up with a cop story. The movie was a big flop with a box office collection of just 5 crore rupees.

4. Akele Hum Akele Tum

One of the most underrated movies of Aami Khan was Akele Hum Akele Tum. The movie was about the relationship between father and son. This movie was the third film of Aamir Khan with director Mansoor Ali. Before this, he has done two blockbuster films “Qyamat Se Qyamat Tak” and “Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikandar.”

5.Mela

The movie Mela was released in 2000 and features Aamir Khan like never before look. The film also went out to be the biggest disaster of that year. After this movie, Twinkle Khanna stopped working in Bollywood as an actress.

7.Daulat Ki Jang

9.Afsana Pyar Ka

10. Jawani Zindabad

Jawani Zindabad is a movie based on the social issue of Dowry. This movie featured Aamir Khan opposite Faraz Naaz. In the movie, Shashi's character played by Aamir Khan decided to oppose the dowry by marrying his sister to Ravi. Ravi’s parents make Rama’s life hell to get some dowry.

11. Thugs of Hindostan

But the movie turned out to be a big disaster and the huge fan following of actors failed to lure the audience into the theatre. After the release of the movie, Aamir came forward to the media and accepted that he didn’t come up with a good film, but he loved the character he played in the movie.
