Looks like the year 2012 is proving to be a rocking one for maverick director Vivek Agnihotri. First he released erotic film Hate Story on 20 April. Then came the news that he has turned producer with his next film titled Freedom.
But what was not known is that the Vivek’s film has become the first of its kind project in the history of Bollywood that has done what all corporate production houses have failed to do. The director has scouted the film’s cast and crew through talent sourcing via social media and other related platforms.

This has given chance to bright new talents in industry. Incidentally, Vivek's film also deals with the same issue of youth and talent drain.
For those who don’t know about Vivek, let’s refresh their memories by stating that he had earlier made two mega budget multi starrers in Chocolate and Goal. But, this time he has chosen a rather low budget film but high in terms of content.
