During Anant and Gehna's reception, the evil woman calls Gehna and forces her to clean her sandal.
Gehna silently sits down to clean her sandal but Anant stops her.
Anant takes a bold stand for Gehna and reminds his evil Mausi that Gehna is his wife and the family’s daughter-in-law.
Anant defends Gehna's dignity which gives a shock to everyone. Gehna feels overwhelmed.
