MUMBAI: TellyChakkar recently broke the news about popular actresses Karishma Tanna and Suchitra Krishnamoorthi bagging Amazon Prime’s upcoming web-series (Read here: Suchitra Krishnamoorthi joins Karishma Tanna in Amazon Prime’s next)
It is an episodic series which will star different sets of actors in each episode. Karishma will play one of the leads in one of the episodes while Suchitra will play a lawyer.
Now, we hear that actress Shriya Pilgaonkar, daughter of actors Sachin and Supriya Pilgaonkar, has joined the cast. We hear that her character will be of a lawyer and she will throughout be seen in the series.
Miss Pilgaonkar made her Bollywood debut in the 2016 film Fan and has been part of web-series like 13 Mussoorie, Mirzapur, Crackdown, The Gone Game and others.
We could not get through Shriya for a comment.
Amazon Prime recently launched political drama series Tandav and has a list of series lined up namely Mumbai Diaries 26/11, The Family Man season 2 and Made in Heaven.
