Ekta Kapoor joins hand with Bejoy Nambiar for Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi

Balaji Motion Pictures in association with Bejoy Nambiar will produce a riotous comedy that has been interestingly titled Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi. Says Balaji Motion Pictures CEO Tanuj Garg, “We are delighted to partner a creative talent like Bejoy Nambiar on a film that we believe is clearly among the most hilarious and entertaining scripts we’ve read.” To be directed by National award winning ad-filmmaker Aman Sachdeva, the film introduces Siddharth Gupta opposite former Miss India Simran Kaur. Excited about his new project, Bejoy said, “The director held a long audition process over several months. We were very clear about wanting a fresh face. Lots of youngsters were auditioned and I went to Balaji with the tapes. It took us around five odd months to lock Siddharth for the role.” “This is our third venture at Getaway Films and the first one that I am not directing. Aman (Sachdeva) makes his directorial feature debut and we couldn't have asked for a better alliance than one with Balaji on our pet project,” he added. Kuku Mathur Ki Jhand Ho Gayi is currently in production.
