Care World TV, is expanding its healthcare program line-up by exploring the Unani medicine for healthy living. The daily show ‘Taaseer: a show on Unani Medicine’ will be aired from 25 November at 11:30am. The show focuses on the form of Greco Arabic Indian medicine – Unani.
The program will talk about problems that are commonly faced by urban and rural Indians. The well-known Unani Specialist Dr Ghazala Sheikh will be discussing preventive measures for ailments like migraine, eyesight weakness, skin problems, chronic cough and cold. Apart from these regular problems the expert will also share their wisdom, discuss stress, new age problems and various issues related to women’s health.
Talking about this unique concept Ajit Gupta, Managing Director, Care World TV said, “Unani is unparalleled in treating chronic diseases like arthritis, asthma, mental, cardiac and digestive disorders, urinal infections, skin diseases and many more. The usefulness has been observed strongly after further research and medication on patients suffering from cerebral palsy. Care World TV is trying to educate masses about the unique and traditional system of Unani medicine and help those young practitioners who are about to migrate from Unani to other domain just because Unani is lesser known system and they do not find enough patients to run their clinics.”
Unani healing is vibrant and vigorous today and is being practiced, taught and researched under its local names in over 20 countries including India, Afghanistan, China, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Korea, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UK and USA.
