In a candid chat with Tellychakkar.com, she shares her investment ideas. How important is money to you? In today’s times, money is very important and especially for girls. They need to stand for their rights and stay independent. Are you an impulsive buyer? No. I always think and then invest. What are the investments you have made? Haven’t done any kind of investment yet. It’s been only a year that I have been working full-fledged. What has been your most expensive purchase till date? I don’t remember. Are you financially secure? Yes, of course. To live life, you need to be financially secure. If I was not into television business then I could have done any other course and would have earned well there also. Who handles your expenses? I handle all my expenses myself. What was your first salary like? I distinctly remember that I got my first salary when I was just 15 years old. I was paid Rs 200 after I took part in a play. Then, Rs 200 meant a lot. How much money do you carry every day? I regularly carry Rs 500, because I always carry a card with me. So, in case of any emergency, you have an option. Any advice for wannabe investors? I believe property rates are touching sky high. So, I believe that investing in properties is a good deal.
